simple answer: host
pick a place where a lot of pvp is going on, like township, forest, undead burg, kiln.... do pvp and kill invaders there. assuming the lvl cap for pvp on the pc is somewhere between sl 100-125, every killed invader will get u about 30.000-50.000 souls.
you should do this at a place where people come to do high lvl pvp and where less random invasions take place. other option would be to do coop for boss fights, but seeing how long it sometimes takes to get summoned on pc, i don't know how viable that is....

The other possibility would be killing phalanx.
You go to the painted world, and from the bonefire you run to the statue then firestorm. It almost kills every phalanx at once. Rince and repeat.
In NG+, I think it's about 20k souls per run, and it's pretty fast.

I think i will do like this, i'm noob in PvP xD
I was thinking about to do some trade to get boss souls or hero souls (20k each) and spam it on my char!

Find someone your SL and do suicide jumps with them. Summon them as a red, they suicide twice and you have enough souls to level. DO it for them then you both level up and repeat.

yeah in the painted world, great place. be sure to use the serpent ring, can't remember what it's called exactly but you get it from the tomb, plus you can be invaded and possibley collect extra souls, if you kill the invader. i suck at pvp too but sometimes i do kill invaders.
i find it easier to kill someone who has invaded me rather then trying to invade someone myself.

Boss souls to frampt is highly limited. PVP relies on you not meeting somebody that's better than you, but it works if you're good. the best single player method, is silver serpent ring, symbol of avarice and chaos firestorm on the phalanx things in Painted World.
