Need some PvP Advice.

I haven't played Demons Souls since Dark souls came out and now I feel the need to play again and I want to make a sl 125 or 120 (whatever is most common pvp lvl) Lord Rydell build.

So:

Starting Class I Believe should be the  Barbarian

Phosphorescent Pole + 5
Crushing Iron Knuckles + 5
Black Leather Armor
Chain Gloves
Hard Leather boots

Cling Ring
Dull Rats Ring

------------------------
Vit: 40 - 45?
End: 35 - 40?
Str: 40?
Dex: 16 *required
Mag: 50?? (is this necessary to deal proper damage?)

The ones not listed here are the ones no points are going into.

I really need some help... I wasn't exactly in to pvp during my demons souls days and I really don't know how to put my stats in properly.. I could do moon iron knuckles but im basically using a moon weapon already so I didn't see the point in it.. plus Im going to need some sort of pure physical damage to help against faith builds hence the crushing knuckles.. I just need some advice

you will lose if you don't use second chance - everybody uses
vit 50 nothing more or less (except NR build)
mag 50 is a bit high, don't think u need that

pure phys with your stats? only one choice: DBS
perhaps the Bramd, but i never used, or saw that in PvP - a little bit slow and heavy

It's a Lord Rydell build.. I'm almost 100% sure iv never seen Rydell pull out a DBS or a Bramd.. I was just trying to get some use out of his iron knuckles.

Playing without second chance is way more fun.. plus you don't get that ugly looking glow.


So 50 vit is a must? is that the not 1 shot backstab break point?

so you want a cosplay build - then stick with crushing iron knuckles.

vit 50 is the breakpoint where you get a lot less hp per statpoint. A cursed DBS parry with full bonus from ct and friends / foes ring will still one shot you, same for lw buffed bbs, thats what SC is for...

cool. do you have a recommendation on where my magic stat should be capped at? the phos pole does end up with an s in magic but sometimes those can be misleading.

50 vit
40 end
26 str
16 dex
45 mag

SL: 125
If I want to make the Iron Knuckles useful am I going to need more strength? should I just forget the strength and make them moon or crescent?

i would go for pure mag, so yes 50 mag and would take some points from end and str

cant i take 5 from strength and already have 50 mag?? why would I need to take from end? is 40 not exactly needed?

he has no human form, only blue or black phantom....so don't care about it and only use it for invasions, or blue/red signs, don't host - Rydell never hosts  

...ah wait, the Intro Video, isn't there Rydell in human form, not in Black/White like in the loading screen?
