Yesterday i started back again to have a practice with my stamina boost toon with my claws and scythe... And my beloved Catarina helmed!

Anyway i didnt do bad. I won most of the fights even 2 vs 1 with my scythe unlocked.
Feels GOOD!!!


Can someone update me?
saw many white rings, what are there? 
Items to trow and speaks lol
Magic strong magic fire in 5 rows next to each... Almost instant dead

And had one Backstaber in strong heavy armor. I always lose of those guys..


Anyway im back and it feels good? 
Any new areas or thinks i need to know? 
Worthy fast weapons?

Wb GrEeN, the magic you speak of is dark bead, dangerous at close range

The white rings are Miracle Synergy or Miracle Resonance Rings, they boost your miracles if you are close to them and are created when other people use certain miracles in their world. There is two levels of the boost, Synergy Boost and Double Synergy Boost that depend on the number of rings around you. 

The other things are a part of the new DLC it added is new magic, weapons and armour as well as a new story line that takes you back in time. The stones you are talking about are Archtree carvings that say things when used.

Slightly off topic but the game hasn't even been out for two years :p But welcome back. Feels good doesn't it?

Nice to see old and new friends here. 
I am already started yesterday. I must say i didnt do that bad. I love to see invaders die little by little through my small claws till the very last needed hit the freaked out and start running away from me.
Its a feeling only this game can provide me.

Welcome back. In terms of what has changed... A lot, I think.

A lot of equipment weight has changed  in patch 1.09. Mainly armour from what I recall. The DWGR only works at 25%< now. Hornet Ring nerfed. Most Greatswords have been slightly slowed. The DLC (which wasn't around 2 years ago, right?) Has made Magic much more viable in PVP as well.

They've been around the whole time technically, they just weren't working properly until now. They are "Miracle Resonence Markers" and you can find info here under "Online"  Wiki Spells/Miracles

Yeah, you kind of have to get used to dodging Dark Magic. I still need practice.

Sounds like you're getting most of the DLC to me. That's everything new, really. PVP areas that have become more popular over the last year IMO: Moonlight Butterfly forest, and before fog gate at Ceaseless Discharge.

Worthy fast weapons?
Out of the new DLC weapons, the Gold Tracer has become really popular. Worth checking it out since I know you love your Dex weapons.

where we mostly fight? and what SL?
SL100 and SL55 have become extremely popular. But some people still fight SL120 and SL125. I myself have pretty much switched entirely to SL100.
Last FC I've done was Moonlight Butterfly Forest, Depths, and Painted World... Not much B-Town anymore. :(

MMmmmmmmyyeeess. I play much less frequently now, but I'm still around. Souls series is the best series for me.

We've had some tournaments in front of the fog wall before Ceaseless Discharge. The arena was the stone circle on the ground and the bridge connected to it. That was SL55 tourneys.

For SL100 you can find me (and others) by the DLC arena and other levels.

I wasn't a member there in the Age of Ancients, but welcome back anyway

If I read correctly, there is one thing that wasn't mentioned about the new things :
Battle of Stoicism, it's in the DLC.
It's an arena where players may fight each other (1v1, 2v2, FFA) without using healing items. It's worth noticing because players are separated into brackets : <= SL50, <=SL100, <=SL200, others. It helped making SL100 popular.

The arena was popular when the DLC came out, now it's a bit less. I found the people here worse than anywhere else (tried 1v1 only). Hornet backstab fishing all day long and such. There is also a problem with healing with spells here. The winner of a round can heal with spells before the the opponent respawn. (the match are 3 min : the player who have the more kills at the end wins). So Healing spells are ALMOST mandatory.

I'm on PS3 too, mostly fighting gankers in Oolacile Township (DLC area), so we might cross each other sometimes.

Few things Most common SL is now SL125 few people stick to 100 and such but you will find most of the action at 125.

Dark magic will prove Troublesome to you as you do not know how to dodge it yet and one mistake will get you one shotted

Hackers have made their way on to the console so don't be to surprised when you face a guy with infinite HP and a crystal greatsword that can One shot you.

As for FC's i usually duel whoever is on the forumchat while im not On Twitch Few of the vets still use the PSN chat (i don't i hate it)

Recommend you get Skype as it makes setting up matches a breeze.

if you need to be brought up to speed on the New techniques that have arizen speak to me and i shall be glad to impart my "knowledge".

I ve been playing 2 days now even Baal searched me. Yesterday i played in Parish. 
I see many all buff and big moonswords mostly. I also forgot most of them arent fair fighter(BS fishers,farmers with 3) but still i must say i suprished many with my +15 claws no buff or items.

Probably i hope so if we maintain all same people. Sens roof or something. I love the exitement when i get invaded. There one magic spell who is hars to dodge away. The purple foggy one with 5 dots together. Theres no FC these days anymore?

last time i checked there was 2v2 in the dlc arena and no rule fightclubs in the depths. a friday night fight club hosted by shadow, too.

idk the status on any of them.
