WARNING: Monty Python is a Comedy group, one of the greats, but they typically use "graphic" material and quite a bit of carnage, chaos, and red paint. Don't click on links if you don't want to see VERY (Awesome!) British Humor.
Figured this was too AWESOME to put in the MtG thread, might not be, though To be fair, there are a fair few people who don't seem to visit the thread that are regulars, and I wanted to include them, as well as those whom love Monty Python and might not play Magic.
If this should be in the other thread, go ahead and lock, I'll copy and paste it there.
Ok, so the rules:
- This is a multiplayer deck; It doesn't have to be the most efficient deck around, but it still needs to be useable.
- All cards must, in some way, reference the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
- In addition, all cards MUST be playable/usable in some fashion.
- Monty Python is very serious in it's comedy, and so are we; we are limiting the useage of Unglued/Unhinged to 5 cards.
-Money is not a "Problem", but I'm not shelling out a thousand bajillion dollars, either. No Black Lotus or other super expensive cards.
Ok, first couple of cards I have:
Gustcloak Knight/Sentinal:
/
Represents Lancelot and his never ending charge in this scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJoM7V54T-c
Goblin Diplomats + Barrage of Expendables:
+
Is everyone's favorite Frenchies:

The newly upcoming Akroan Horse is the Trojan Rabbit (Barrage of Expendables uses the soldiers as cattle/chicken/whatever):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T2PdyxMtiYM
The Rachet Bomb:
Is the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOrgLj9lOwk
Thespians Stage:
Is the fact that Python breaks the fourth wall a lot, and it also helps curve the mana.
