Is there only one Claymore available in one playthrough?

question is in the topic.

I would like to have a Lightning Claymore in low sl status and later I'd like to have a 2nd one as a regular +15 weapon.

Just the one. Just get the blacksmiths to mod it back to +10 when your stats make it better to use a +15. It's what i do, i usually have fire, lightning and +15 in the first playthrough with the claymore. try the bastard sword, kinda like the claymore but without the poke\stab moves.
