Knights of Astora Organized Pvp/Co-op club XBOX360

Xbox players we need organization. I am starting this club to promote xbox organized pvp and co-op across broad sl ranges. But primarily SL 120, however anyone who has lower level builds for the arena are more than welcome to join, i myself have created multiple SL 99 builds in preperation.

Our noble's will summon knights, white sign, or red sign, into a set arena where our knights will gather across all reaches of lordran to put their skill's and reputation to the test. As knights of astora we will duel with honor, without the use of spellswitching, ganking(2vs1), or estus chugging.
Other Rules:
1. Always Bow before a duel
2. Each person is allowed a body buff, and weapon buff- before the match begins
3. No chainstabbing is allowed, it is crued and distasteful
4. re-buffs are allowed during fights but only at your own risk
5. I will allow Most spells, ones that come up as problematic will be banned (tranquil walk of Peace)

The arena is the painted world colloseum, and for tournaments the arena will be anounced at the time of contest!

Part of the Co-op sl 120 goal will be to reach New Game+7 for each of our members , not only proving our worth as a great opponents put also giving us very strong, npc allies (knight solaire on ng+7 is the biggest tank ever) and when the DLC comes out we will have gone through hell and back preparing our selfs to attain total victory!
I have a sign up list, the first ten slots will be muled by me personally, recieving everything in the game, including elite cleric set, 99 pendants, mage smith, and over 1600 fully upgraded weapons!!. Then those ten will spread the mule to all other joinee's and so on .

Members will change their gamer profile motto to
"Knight (insert name) of Astora"
and the date they joined
as well as typing the words PVP and CO-OP in location. Use this to indicate to other friends and other members what mode you want to participate in, and by putting parenthesis around it " (PVP) Co-op" will indicate your looking for pvp and will be messaged/ contacted to duel in our arena. having your location like this " PVP (Co-op)" will indicate to fellow members you want some co-op action wether you want to fight bosses or help others.
With the advent of beacons, you can easily set up a beacon to let others know aswell.

Once we reach enough members i will set up a full 24 hour chatroom dedicated to our club, that can be accessed from PC and ipod. so we can communicate with eachother without hassle.

Knights of Astora Tour of Lourdran Starting (10/10/2012 at 8pm EST)

Remember to use the chatroom when your online, and that you can summon anyone within this range. SL +or-(SL*.1)+10 so for example. Lets say your SL 20. SL 20 + or - (20*.1)= 2 +10= 12. You can summon people up to SL 32(30+12) and people down to SL 8 (SL 20- 12= 8).

We have assembled our forces, and now we must fufill our Noble Cause, to link the flame!

Our Goal is to defeat ALL of the great enemys of the land together!! To show our strength! In our own noble way, as knights of astora! We will defeat Gywnn as many times as we can until the DLC comes!!! Our challange is to reach NG+7

We will start out as The low- ranking knight, but rise through strength, faith, and triumph to be called an Elite Knight of Astora. We will Roam lordran in the manner that Astora had, Full elite knight set, Astora Straight Sword, and Crest shield, and we shall make the pilgrimige of the chosen undead together in jolly co-operation, destroying everything in our path. starting from sl6, in the burg, to sl 20 undead church-and lower undead burg, sl 25 in the depths, and sl 30 in blightown, sl 40 sens, sl 50 anorlondo and so on.

Character guide from start.

DO NOT BOTTOMLESS BOX GLITCH OR DRAGON HEAD GLITCH!

This is the co-op section, and doing so takes away from the fun of it :p

Create a character with the class "Knight" and make sure you choose Master key as your gift, otherwise (see Without Master Key Section)Learn your mission from Oscar of Astora, then go onwards to defeat the asylum demon and makith the pilgrimidge of the chosen undead. Once you reach firelink shrine, rest at the bonfire, and use your souls to level up a bit, or you can go into Undead Burg and pick up the light crossbow, and buy some crossbow bolts / arrows (for people who want to invest in bows right off the bat.) The light crossbow, can be obtained by going to the undead merchant in the burg, going down the corridor and taking the left, at the end of that path are four undead, kill them climb the ladder and pillage the body up there. Then facing firelink shrine from that roof, directely infront of you is a building that can only be reached by jumping from that roof and landing on some planks, this is on the edge of the cliff that would be on your right if your facing firelink. Make the jump, turn left, theres a balcony and on the balcony is a light crossbow, and a few bolts. Now this next choice is completely up to you. Personally I go right off the bat, risking my souls and all.

Without Master Key:

This trip is a little bit different in order to reach valley of drakes and get your weapons. There are only two ways to get there.

1.kill taurus demon, and run to undead parish and make it to the blacksmith, and go down darkroot garden that way. Then continue with the (with master key Section) this way may require to go a little backwards at points. If you want to open the shortcut from valley of the drakes to new londo you have to go to blighttown from valley of the drakes, and open a chest that contains the key. Open the gate and now you have your shortcut.

2.From firelink shrine go to newlondo ruins, and drain it. This can be achieved by running past most of the ghosts, however when you reach the room with the screaming banshee where you must go up the ladder to get to ingrid, you must confront them, in order to get up the ladder without dieing. Trust me ive tried. Then kill ingrid and get the key to the seal, drain the water. Get the composite bow. Drop down to base level. If you feel skilled enough this is a great chance to risk it and go for the Very Large ember, however i only reccomend this to people who know the way by heart and with great dodging skills. Then you can run into valley of the drakes, (either get the red tearstone ring, or sprint across the bridge and sit at the bonfire in darkroot basin.) tring to get the redtearstone ring first can sometimes lead to death. If you want to open the shortcut from valley of the drakes to new londo you have to go to blighttown from valley of the drakes, and open a chest that contains the key. Open the gate and now you have your shortcut.


With Master Key:
From firelink shrine take the elevator down into new londo ruins, then using your master key, go to the valley of the drakes. Go toward the sleeping dragon. Grab the two items immediatly infront of you, these are going to be your sword and shield. (in order to use the sword you have to level up faith to 14.) At this point, I sometimes die escaping him. But I run past the dragon now. Following the path towards dark root basin, and dodging all drakes along the way. I then take the elevator up, and sit at the bonfire. I backtrack down the elevator, and cross the bridge and run up that ladder, and pick up the red tearstone ring, and then I run back, or use homeward bone/miracle. I kill the black knight pick up the grass crest shield. And make my way upwards. Kill the crystal lizard, and make sure you get the twinkling titanite. Now, make your way to the hidden bonfire. This can be troublesome because of the difficulty of the undead foliage. But once you make it there, rest and run towards the stone golems. On the right hand side is your armor. Pick up your armor and homeward bone, or run for your life. This is where you can run down back to the basin, and kill havel and get his ring. Or make your way to undead parish and the blacksmith, make sure u drop down, and go up the path to get the wolf ring. Then head towards andre the blacksmith. Dodge past the titanite demon, and run up the stairs and rest at that bonfire. Buy anything/ level up/ upgrade things as you see fit. Then make your way to firelink shrine dogding the enemys and going down the elevator. On your way down, jump off onto the roof of the platform, and pick up the key to the undead asylum. Go rest in the crows nest, and give Oscar of Astora an honorable death, and take your crest shield. When you get back to firelink shrine, make sure you go to the undead parish again, backtrack to sunlight altar and pick up the basement key along the way, and talk to solaire and get your white soap stone. Its up to you if you didnt already grab it by killing the taurus demon. Now... you have become an elite knight. Now you are ready for the challanges ahead. Most should be able to complete these tasks easily.

Okay now that you have your elite knight gear you are ready to take on bosses with us together.

Player Conduct

I understand that as part of our co-op goal we will have to be in human form. And will encounter regular invasions. This is where the next section comes in ( See approved weapons). As a Knight of Astora, for PVE we will mainly use miracles/ Astora Straight Sword, and bows/crossbows. However for PVP we can use any of the approved weapons below, please refrain from using weapon buffs. Divine weapons will happen to be your best friend. Also no pyromancy. It makes things too easy.

1. Long Sword, Short Sword, Broad Sword, Astoras Straight Sword.
   
2. Claymore, or Bastard Sword.
   
3. all rapiers.
   
4. Zwiehander.
   
5. Regular dagger, or parrying dagger.
   
6. Scimitar/Falcoin.
   
7. All bows.
   
8. All crossbows /except for avalin.
   
9. Mace, Morning Star, Blacksmith hammer.
   
10. Battle Axe, Cresent Axe.
    
11. Winged spear, partizan.
    
12. Great Axe.
    
13. Uchigatana.
    

Progress Section

Last night,(10/10/2012): four of us made it and killed the gargoyles. And we are level 18. Some are a little further. but we can all still assisst eachother. Its not too late to catch up either.

Tonight's Plan,(10/11/2012): complete (The Depths, Lower Undead Burg, Blighttown, and Sens Fortress/ Catacombs)
