I think it's under 25% now I maybe be able to get confirmation on the percent soon. A guy tested it live on stream and couldn't roll even in semi heavy armor, but could do it naked.

Imo the only ring that was really unbalanced is the dwgr, it sucks for me thing since everyone knows how much I love str weapon and I'm gonna have to no poise now which should be fun. But now that there's no dwgr for gankers time take advantage of I see a lot of hr backstabs in the future, worse than now.

I don't know why they had to do that. What about PvE players? As usual it's a minority who have spoiled things for the majority. What'll be the next item the gankers misuse I wonder. At this rate we'll all be playing naked with a stick and a rubber chicken.

Hope they fix it in the console version too, they could force a patch when it comes out so it's nerfed whether you get the DLC or not. I've learned to fight with fast roll and I have to say good riddance. Mid roll isn't even that bad, if you want heavy armor, you can learn to fight with it.

Flip ring is nit needed for pve, med roll and fast roll are better since it opens up more choices of playstyle

I dont mind ninja flip or fast roll. I just liked how badass Ninja flip is ^^
Maybe it'll give my low poise characters with light armor a fighting chance since I wont see ninja flipping Smough sets.

While you know, this is good news, its gonna mean remaking a ton of builds. I cant help but cringe at trying ot make a viable SL 80 Ornstein now.

Now the ring is just useless ,people tend to use it because it gives them a fast dash/roll with heavy sets But why would someone wast a ring slot now while he can fast roll anyway? i hope this does not happen on ps3 and get patched for PC.

Because it was unbalanced and made havel ring useless which now will be useful. I for one am happy that people might wear an armor the than the clone armor but the downside might be that everyone is gonna use the hr a lot more.

Because of the invinsibility frames and because roll bs is way easier with it and overall rolling away is faster.

Eh, I used to bust low weight builds with the ring cause the flips are fun so this won't mean too much of a change in my builds, but all Dem heavy's in the burg are gonna be sad campers.

You shouldn't be allowed to be a high poise build and be able to flip, it makes the game unbalanced. You're either quick and nimble and able to evade attacks and swoop in, or you tank and crash through attacks.

This is great news, I can already hear the giant armour noob's weeping. The only bad thing is that this could lead to heavier hacking, hopefully there will be heavier banning's for these people.

Im excited to. No more motherflippinghalvesonofafathersmoughs. I've adjusted to med/fast roll. Hel! For my first couple pplaythroughs(pure playing no guides) i never even found the ring till i saw a white phantom flipping, message him asking how he was doing that. I never really even got into using it much. Sooooo glad its potentially fixed though.
