Actually, there are quite a few ghosts that don't have arms.
I was going to post the previous page showing them, but I thought it was easier to see the similarities with that panels.

i recently got into berserk (book 5 right now) and love the series and seeing the similiaritys is awesome 
the only way this could get cooler would be a monster hunter refference lol! (my mistress game series when dks is indesposed)
