SL99 or SL120 For Ciaran Build?

I am getting to SL 95 with a build i'm preparing for the Tracers.

I am winning and loosing at equal proportions with this build, and I'm very happy with it, I can co op a bit too.

Since there are brackets in the arena I thought It might be good to go atleast SL140. but My build would loose uniqueness that way. I don't really want a build that can frigging hold a dragon greatsword while still being great with uchigatana with lots of miracles and sorceries.

What should I do? Should I leave my build at 99, go for 120 or more?. D:.

I don't really have much hp now and I was hoping to be able to handle artorias and ciaran's set. D:

I think you could even do a pure Dex SL 49 build!
I think only Vitality and endurance will be different between Sl 49,99,149

Replace main weapons with tracers, and Sorceries with bead and pursuers. The gear is Lord's Blade gear. I'm having a hell of a time not exceeding 100.

Is Great Heal really worth the 16 points on faith and the 2 points on attunement?

It seems better to put them all in intelligence and take Logan's catalyst for higher magic adjust.

Here's my take: Dragonic assassin

Same thing as Tristan,sorceries as bead and pursue,Havel's ring for hornet,weapons for the twin tracers,gear's Lord Blade.

Beside,you"re an mage-assassin,you don't bother to heal in PvP or in Coop or at worse you use humanity.

99 is more that enough for a Ciaran build if you want to do it properly... which means no spells, miracles, or pyros.

Otherwise you will be sinking way to many points into Vit or End.

My current build sits at about 82/3 and will be extremely effective I feel.

Gear is only intended to simulate actual weight. now the full set and weapons are 19.7 if I remember correctly.

Plus if you wanted to do a proper Ciaran cosplay like I am then the only gear you can use are the tracers and lloyds or poisoned throwing knives. Ive tested this build with scimitars and the aforementioned gear and it is every effective.

EDIT: Most of the previous builds are wasting SL points on Fth or Att, or unneeded stats. Just pump Dex Vit and End and you have an effective build. Speed is the key here and with the Hornets and the DST you can pump out heavy criticals from Back Stabs and Parries should you add a Parry Dagger.

I'm gonna make a Ciaran/dex only build starting with the Hunter class and make end, vit and dex at 40. After maxing those skills I'll be at lvl 88, with 11 levels to spend to get to 99.

I figured I could either invest in vit and end to boost my durability or invest in att and prehaps use pyro along with the swords and a bow. I could also invest points in all three and get a mix result.

Wondering what the community thought

Try the Theif class unless you want those extra two points in STR.

I would go with vitality but thats just me.

I think I screwed up in strenght, atleast I've heard the gold tracer scales a bit with strength, what do you guys think?

You could 1h a murakumo. Scales well with Dex a +15

True but the added STR helps in wielding other weapons pre tracer acquisition.

And at 40 dex,vit, and end on both classes the thief is at SL 92, while the Hunter is at SL 88. This lets me put more points to use, which I prefer to the lesser STR of the thief.
