Forum Teamspeak Server?

For those who don't know teamspeak is an efficient voice chat that allows up to 50 people to connect at once (http://www.teamspeak.com/). Hoshizoku has had the idea that we could rent a TS3 server for the forum. This would allow us to voice chat to each other while doing pvp and events. We would be limited to 50 people, so it will be first in best dressed, but it will still be very useful. However for now he just wants to get an idea of who would use it.
So would you guys want a voice chat to use for pvp and events?

im aware of that but i dont usually go well with lots of people, i may try using it when i feel confortable :c

You could try joining their skype group and seeing if you can get in on a conversation there. Might help you gauge if it is something you would be interested in or not, since only a few of them usually speak up on the Mic.

And don't feel embarrassed about your English. Trust me, if you speak another language, you'll probably speak English better than most of us can speak our second language. You should hear how atrocious my German is.

Also I will add more channels. Rp, pvp, events, small talk an covs. I doubt that there will be any massive full chat. Maybe small talk. But I'll also make some channels for more private talking.

I'm surprised there wasn't one already . I guess I've played too many MMO's in my time.

My native language isn't english either but the people on skype seem to understand me . I'm sure that you'll be fine. If not, then you'll quickly learn how to speak english.

im goin to explain a lil bit about what i have in mind with the ts.

i talked to some ppl an they are scared about havin someone with admin rights..
there has do be an admin lol an since i rent the server i'm gonna be it. i promise, tho
to not make use of these rights !

I also wont be part of the mods. the mods, that you gonna vote later, wont watch your steps but just be there in a fight to solve the problem without anyone gettin hurt or mobbed !

also they were scared about the messed up talkin with 50ppl at once.. i used this prog with a 200man strong guild. and we raided.. an wonder, it still worked. in real life are mostly more ppl too. an you cld still change the channel to a more quiter one

the channel! i want to make lots of channels. 1 main chat for everyone to enter an just small talk, some channels for smaller grps an some specific channels i'll make a list at the end of the post (you can of course throw in some more ideas for channels)

the 50 persons cap! it dosnt mean there are gonna be only 50 person to use it. its just 50person can only use it at once! so if its full an one leaves another can join

imagin this whole thing as a hotel with many rooms but only enuff space for 50 ppl to enter. you can either stay in the main hall or just switch to your covs "room" or maybe join the pvp "room" or which ever one you like.

i highly doubt that everyone will be in the same room anyway so it wont get to crowded.. an if it gets just switch channel with the persons you were talkin to

also if the 50persons cap got hit you still got skype or any other programs. ts3 is also not a replacement for skype but more just another option to easy communicate with others.
IF the 50cap is gonna be a problem an there are too many waiting all the time we can still think about an upgrade to 100ppl.. tho that wld cost me lots more money an i might need a nother person to help me out.

the chip in dough mentioned is of course not forced on you. no one has to pay. it wld just be cool to get a lil support. (only a few cents tho.. no big money xD) i dont wanna make money with it or something.

for the mods i think we'll make a thread with you sayin who you want as mod an then vote the 5 or so most wanted mods

the channels i thought of so far:
Main Chat
Side Chat 1-3
A channel for each cov
pvp/arena chats 1-4 (or so for xbox, ps3 an pc each)
event chat 1-2
event organizng chat
RP chat
Help! D: chat
Coop chat 1-4
Prism stones art chat
Moderator chat
private chats (with passwords probably)

I really need you to vote to have a true result. its no use if only those with yes vote, or only those with no since i dont wanna waste 10bucks a month for no one using it in the end

No cam needed, but a mic an speakers are needed.. at least if you wanna talk.. if you wanna just creepy listen then only speakers

THEN I SHALL CREEPY LISTEN XD ill vote yes since it means better organizing and crap
