What happens if you kill Gwyndoline but don't kill Gwynevere?

Nothing changes, if you kill gwyndolin then it will stay sunny, but killing gywnevere will still make anor londo dark, but gwyndolin's voice will not appear, for good reason. Yes you can still get gwyndolin's gear after killing him.
