I think so. However you look like you are wasting 10 points - http://mugenmonkey.com/darksouls/?c=2190045553599811 is basically the same build without those wasted points. You can lower end a bit but you lose some stamina, why 14 str? And attunement has very specific points at which you gain spell slots so never go past them.

Ah woops. I tried to use Velka's Rapier and thought Int was STR for some odd reason and never putted it back. Pumped Vit to 40 and End to 30.
