Where to start?

Hey guys. I've been working on my build for quite a while, and I've finally got it done. I'm pretty new to pvp and I'm real nervous about starting, can't say I'm too confident at the moment.

I'm kinda stuck as to where to start, first of all. I know where the pvp hotspots are but I can't really pick. Where would be a good place to start as a noobie?



Edit: Forgot to mention that he's 120. My bad.

First of all, stay away from the forest (dark root basin) and from annor londo... besides that, its really fun to invade in sens rooftop (very small area) at sl 35-45

What system?

You could also start with practicing some basic techniques with a friend. It's better to start that way than to rage at all the lagstabbing you will receive before you learn how to counter BS. Or before you learn to counter WoG spam, r1 spam, etc.

This just hit me. As grateful as I am to Spurgun for teaching me some stuff, my question was never actually answered.

What area should I hang out in until I get used to how pvp functions?

Not the forest. But except for that, there isn't really any place where you can "train".
Just go to a PvP hotspot and start playing, you'll get better with time.

Stick to the active areas. Burg, Painted World, and Butterfly Garden. Kiln is active too
