Re: Far East Trainers
I've been doing what I can to teach people the ropes of PvP, buy I've been slightly busy and all of my trainees are only semi-active or have already given up. :|

I've been interested for a while now, just wasn't sure if I should post about it.
Since I'm new to the forums, and the pvp part, I wasn't sure about joining a group that focuses on pvp, that know each other well, it was, ehm daunting if that's the correct word, or a bit intimidating...
If that makes any sense even.
If you look at the 'Learn to Fight-club' thread you see that there is interest enough from people wanting to learn, it just needs to take shape or be organized or something like that.
Like I said, I'm very interested...

Re: Far East Trainers
Interested in this, question: By covenant item what do you mean? I know Darkmoons will have ears, Gravelords will have eyes and Dragonbros will have scales but what about the wraiths? they can't exactly give loose humanity, unless they would have to drop humanity. An idea for DW's would be to drop twinkling, but increase the number for it to rank up since 8000 souls is average from an invasion, Catbros can follow this concept as well, just my two pence.

I'm interested in this.I'm new to the forums but I've had my eye on this thread for a while. It's really difficult to learn to duel properly in this game and I'd love to learn to use parries and dexterity weapons really well.

It surely isn't, I just think that most people that come here looking for pvp advice and/or help don't look beyond the pvp section.
I know I didn't at first, and when I did look further I lurked for quite some time before actually posting in this thread....

Re: Far East Trainers
Tiny, I was thinking about making an entire guide or list of techniques that we can advertise somewhere. Be it on the first page of this thread or a thread of its own, I believe it'd be a great way to attract new members or just give us more traffic (though I'd rather just add it to the first page of this thread).
I want it to be a guide for new players that have their builds figured out and have read guides on equipment like Roanispe's Intro to PvP, but just don't know where to start when actually playing. This guide can provide a list of techniques and counter-techniques that people who want to get into PvP just don't know about yet. I'd also like to refer instructional YouTube videos and certain mindsets you should probably be following when PvPing.
Please let me know what you think about this, whether you are a part of the Trainers, a Trainer-to-be, or just a passerby in the thread. Feedback is appreciated.
Edit: I forgot to mention that it would also be a decent alternative for having trainers on different platforms. Being heavily Xbox based, we cannot directly help people on PS3, so it would help to have something that everyone can use.

What we need is council system that can run things when Tiny is not on for extended periods of time.

Once I get one laid out, I will. The end of this week or this weekend will most likely be when I'll do it.

Soris Goldwing and I are in multiple covenants, so you should be fine.

Awesome.
I remember getting thrashed on by Tiny in the Ceaseless event lol. But I kinda stopped because I kept getting ganked by this duo in full havel and darkwraith, heavy weapon and miracle spamming. :/
