Godly Cooperation!

Hey, again, it's me, that idiot who joined the same month he is writing this. So, basically, after looking at the goals of both Velka and Gwyndolin, I think that those two are actually working together. After all, Gwyndolin was abandoned by the gods, and Velka distrusted and thought to be a conspirator against the gods. So, finding themselves in the same goal of punishing the guilty and abandoned, they decided to work together, with the Painted World of Ariamis being a secret base; at first. Then the gods figured out about Velka's agents and gear being in the painting, and went in and wreaked havoc. The reason it wasn't simply destroyed (the painting) was because Gwyndolin defended it, and kept it there as a sort of historic work of art, if the gods could store unwanted stuff in there. That's about all I got, I'll mention something else if I remember it in another post, or edit this one. What do you guys think?

There are sooo many ideas about their relationship and Velka in general but it’s all pretty hard to pin down, but a lot of people have some great ideas =)

I actually quite like the theory that Velka is Priscilla's mother. You've got all the Velka-related stuff in the PW, plus the doll in the Asylum (I go with the theory that Velka is the crow or controls it). Going from this, perhaps Velka was "disowned" after her tryst with whatever dragon Pris' father is (I assume Seath, but who knows), and Gwyndolin took up her place as punisher of the guilty? Kind of the opposite of your theory, actually. ;P
