Ahem, Judge of the Living. I am become death. After that, I wash my hands of them.

So I was wondering if you will eventually make this official. Or at least make it so other moderators can put it up. Because I quite enjoy the chat box.

It can only be turned on by an Admin so right now we are testing it to see how it plays out and whether leaving it on would be too much to moderate. The trick is times where there are no mods. Live chat can get unruly pretty quickly without oversight sometimes. But we will see! Loving the response so far though!

Yeah, I've been on the wiki chat before and that place is quite the Cantina.

Yeah, we have become appropriately twitchy when the words "live" and "chat" are put together.

Hmm, what about if for a certain time each day, it gets turned on then turned off at the end? It would be easier for you guys to moderate, since someone could be on at just that time. And the members know if they want to use the chat, to get on at that time?

It's tough for us as a team to commit to that because of everyone's hectic schedules and the fact that we all work full time. It would become a situation where we would have to coordinate those periods every night prior.

Hmm that is true, maybe if you guys get less hectic of a schedule. But I guess until then, the time in which the chat can be up will just have to reflect that. Maybe a better option will sprout up further down the road.
