That's regional awesome. The Garbage Plate. Two sides (mac salad and home fries pictured but I usually get baked beans instead of the mac....there's other options too), then an entree (two cheeseburgers pictured, again there's options). Now cover that in onions (I get it without) and hot sauce. Except in Rochester, "hot sauce" means meat sauce (but using a hot sauce like Buffalo style instead of say, chili)

The sauce is really the only standard. There's so many options of foods that it can be quite different.
For instance, you can get Mac salad, beans, and hot dogs (two kinds since we're in NY) or sausage.
Or French fries, mac salad and grilled cheese.
