opinions on the Crescent Axe?

http://mmdks.com/fth This is one of my builds that I absolutely have a blast pvp wise. When I'm not using the crescent axe Ive got either my occult GS, GS+15 or the BSS+15. Just curious if anyone else has had fun experiences with the Crescent Axe, cause I almsot never see it in PVP. If you guys think it is viable or not, let me know

On a side note if there is any suggestions on how I can optimize this build I would love to hear it. I know the Vitality is low but well I overlooked it when leveling this toon up

Lol yours could be alot of fun. I recently made a mid/fat roll build and I'm loving that. but these dex builds take the cake for me xD

I like the Crescent Axe, it has a respectable reach for an axe and very decent damage. Has good stunlock too, so with the greatsword nerf, axes have a clear advantage for once.

Yeah the Crescent Axe and the Lucerne have quickly become favorites of mine

I was getting my *** handed to me by a crescent axe yesterday.

But that's just because he was a bs fisher. I still don't know how to defend that.

I don't get it. Why do I keep seeing builds with that exact same armour setup using the Crescent Axe? It always feels like I'm missing some sort of joke or something.

It's all very symbolic of the Crescent Moon Boar deity, originating from the northernmost regions of the Irish countryside during the 1700's.

that has to be the most serious sounding post i have ever seen from you mugen, personally i saw a bit of fan art with this setup and liked the look, so i copied it.

It isn't that bad for PvE or maybe PvP if you want a challenge, but the Butchers Knife is a lot better for PvP.

That's true too Fruitpunch, the Crescent axe is fine, but the Butcher's knife is superior overall.

i like it, it has really good reach(and pahntom reach) and it dead angles like a beast.

I really wish the Divine/Occult effect worked in pvp, it would actually make Divine/Occult a viable upgrade path for pvp....Seems kind of stupid that it doesn't.

i really wish the crescent axe was pure magic, faith needs a pure magic weapon and crescent axe wouldve been the perfect weapon for it.

I almost bought that actually. And this is coming from someone who created a fake deity user covenant.
