I have got to the point that when i do a plundging attack the dragon will raise and i can walk under. what else should i do. Thanks

You can't kill the legs. They only stand up.

Jump off the bridge, you will land on the walkway below and you'll see the boss fog. The whole purpose of this puzzle was to act as a shortcut.
