Dark souls riddles of the day

Hey guys, for all my xbox friends I have been posting riddles each day, and I'm now doing it on forums also please do not use internet sources for that kind of kills the actual intellect aspect thank u

I think the right answer would be Oswald of Carim, but you only have Velka as the closest choice :s

hmm. The only reason my logic would be wrong here is if the 'bathed in dark, dressed in black' isn't referring to self, but other.

If that is the case it should probably be gwyndolin, though i don't know what your reasoning is,

Because 1: It makes no sense, most people think darkwraiths are the opposite of what the riddle described, and I like to go with the opposite

And 2: In a Darkwraith point of view, the Gods are the sinners, the idea about bringing the world to the age of dark is "right", they dress black and live in the dark
