Sounds like a good idea.

Okay, I'm 100% sure I have the 3.1 revision:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3967#ov
Reading through the info of that page, I found out that my CPU is supported by this mother since version "FB", using "msinfo32.exe" I now know that I have the FB version, still, there is an update, the FC version, but, I don't know if I should do it, given that my CPU is already supported, also many people (and the website) says that it's dangerous to update BIOS because if anything goes wrong everything will be *** up permanently, so it's not recommended...
I don't know what do... I think we hit a wall, we still haven't discovered the issue, and I have a feeling that the FC update won't help it.

Updating BIOS is important even if the CPU is supported, there could be fixes needed.
As for it being dangerous. Well as long as you don't turn it off while it's doing it, and the file was downloaded properly it will be fine.
I've done many BIOS updates most of them actually being custom modified ones so the are more risky if the creator screwed something up.
But that's up to you.
Also it does say "To enable AM3+ AMD FX-Series CPU support, please update your motherboard with the most current BIOS found in your motherboard’s download section." that on the page. That is your CPU type, so currently it may not be completely supported.
But you aren't on the very first Bios either, so you might be. The site's not very helpful though, for my updates it tells you exactly what the changes are.

Actually it specifically says that my CPU is supported since version "FB", and as I said I have the FB version.
Look in the Download & Support Tab, then click on the "CPU Support List" option. There a list is displayed saying all the supported CPUs and in which version they are supported.
or look at this to be quicker:
http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=3967
If you still believe I should do it (now that you know that it's already fully supported, I could try, but I have no idea how to update BIOS. And do I need to reinstall windows after?
I don't know, but I've always had the feeling the cause of this is the GPU, but that wouldn't make much sense, since the game worked fine before (and i had the same GPU)... maybe it's that the CPU or Motherboard has a compatibility issue with the GPU?
