After you beat orn you can use the pillars in the boss room to your advantage. Get smough on one side of a pillar and stand far enough back on the other side so he cant hit you through or over it. He will charge the pillar and swing over and over before he finaly tries to walk arround. While hes doing this zoom in and shoot with your bow. He will eventually try to walk arround. When he does this just circle the pillar and he will go into charge mode again. When he does this just shoot him like before. It takes a bit of practice, and it is pretty cheap, but it works.
