Iaito because of its use, but if you're efficient enough in blows and have decent enough vitality the chaos blade has the highest AR in the katana class and the highest bleed buildup.
On topic of the murakumo, it's not even a name for a katana, it's the name of a legendary Japanese sword. Japanese swords =/= katana, the katana is a weapon of its own class that actually excludes the uchigatana. The uchi is a Japanese sword that precedes the katana used by samurai.
The iaito is a katana used in Iaijutsu, it's shaped so it can be pulled out of the scabbard faster than other swords.

i dont think theres one katana thats truley better over the others.
its true that chaos blade does tons of dmg but unless im mistaken you cant buff it.
as for the rest of them i would think it entirley depends on your playstyle.

That means a buffed katana does more damage then a Chaos Blade.

The chaos blade can be quite useful, but I've never found it good against anyone other than tanks or fat rollers. Just about anyone else can dodge roll or avoid the bleed build up and damage while you still take the health drain. And even now my washing pole can outdamage it.
