What about upgrading a Crystal weapon, and when it's broken, you unupgrade it to Normal +10 and then upgrade it to crystal again?????

Actually I have heard you can downgrade +4, but +5 I know for a fact you cannot.

Yep, there is no way to repair the +5. I wish they had more than 20 durability.

I rarely see anyone use crystal weapons. To be honest, I think crystal weapons are the lamest weapons on Dark Souls.

I use them in PvP. They are stronger than +15 and, in many cases, stronger than elementals. They hit really hard. My DMB-buffed Great Club hits for over 1,000 with a 2H Roll R1. That's not the AR, it is actual damage. Once they break, you can go back to a +15, or make another one.

no it just reduces how much durability is lost to 1/4 i think
