What do people use in their hotbar for PvP?

Title says all really, I was just curious what 5 (or maybe less) items people put in their hotbars when PvPing. I go:
Humanity/Green Blossom/Lloyd's Talisman/Bloodred Moss Clump/Repair Powder

The repair powder is only there because I use weapons with special R2s. If I'm not using a special weapon I use Charcoal Resin or Blooming Purple Moss Clump in that slot. Also note that this setup isn't for duels, hence the Lloyd's for healers and the Bloodred Clumps for people who like their Gold Tracer R1 spam a bit much.

So yeah, what do you use?

I don't pvp with randoms much yet, so I only have my good ol' Charcoal Pine Resin and a Red Sign Stone.

Rss, blue orb, humanity, empty, empty.

I can bleed dodge, rarely get poisoned and am good enough at stamina management that green blossoms are unnecessary.

The only reason I even bother with humanity is to heal in ganks.

Estus, Humanity and Poison Throwing Daggers. I so rarely have any reason to use moss that I usually don't bother. Having fewer items in your hotbar means cycling through to what you want to requires less time.
There's also very few items that can be put into the hotbar that are actually particularly useful in pvp in my experience.

Sometimes the varies can be nothing.

humanity is the only given. i recently (like literaly last week) started using green herb, everything else depends on my mood. sometimes is the thank you stone, i like throwing that at the end of a good darkwraithing. if im in the forest then definately dried finger. if im bored ill summon and my buddy is online and we are bored we will just dance around and throw poison daggers/dung pies/talismans

Grass in case my opponent grasses, if it's a set-up duel I go completely empty for less distractions.

Generally: Estus, Red Eye Orb, Green moss, and the last two I always change.

I put humanity right at the bottom of my inventory, I press Start, right, X, down, X, X to use humanity. I like to think of it as my health cheat code.

Mushroom? Arn't there only 4 per playthrough? Is there another dupe glitch?

There is a dupe glitch, but I don't use it. I just equip the 4 mushrooms and use them on rare occasion.

Grass, Silver Pendant, blooming moss, (if vading lloyds) (poison knifes if no bow build).

Purple Moss, Red Boss, Blooming Moss, Green Moss, every kind of moss, more moss than you knew there was moss.

1) estus or humanity if invading
2) whatever multiplayer item is appropriate for the cov. i'm currently in
3) green blossom
4) poison knives
5) dung pies or lloyd's talisman if invading

i use the cov. item (soap stone, red eye orb or whatever) as an early warning for invaders. it always grays out a few moments before even the fog gates come up. which gives me time to swap out my PVE gear.

poison knives in combination with poison arrows helps to keep pressure on my opponent.

dung pies are used against invaders because it's harder for them to heal than it is for hosts. it may give me the edge i need for a win if an invader is both poisoned and toxic.

meanwhile hosts will get lloyd's talismans chucked at them. it's hilarious when a host dies because they tried to heal and just stand there shaking their flask going W.T.F.

I like a full hotbar, I find it generally pretty easy to manage.
