Wiki Fight Club Location Poll

So, we need to decide on the place to go. Ideally, it will be a permanent place. That way we can have consistent hosts and people's builds don't have to be adjusted if we change locales.

Also, ideally it should be in an optional area so we don't have to worry about having certain people host).

I've got the poll set up for multiple votes and you can change your vote as well.

I'll give this poll 1 week. Then, I'll take the top few choices and repoll to get a final area.

Is there 2 Butterfly Forests for a reason?

Just to clarify, is the AL rooftop the Painting Guardian chandelier area?

Is Anor Londo going to be Dark or Sunny for the rooftop selection?

I infinitely prefer sunny to dark.

Preferable Sunny to avoid overpowered Darkmoons and to keep the FC in the same soul level range and among wiki members.

I like the Depths because everyone can host and we won't be interrupted by invader traffic like in AL. I had a few duels down there in the area before Domnhall and it's not a bad place, if a little bit cramped. Definitely more room than Btown though.

Praise the Sun! Anor Londo Rooftops have my vote, in that case.

Anor Rooftop is gorgeous but it being a Pre-Lordvessel location is a huge pita.

Yep, that is the main problem with that area. Nice place, but a PITA for hosts.

The only one listed that's not busy is pw since people always invade by the bonfire so they can never invade us while we host. I really would go with duke's forest, like the pw everyone invades by the bonfire and after the ladder very few people invade, it also has a huge open space with nothing to get in the way of a duel.

The problem with Duke's is for the hosts to clear out the Crystal Golems. That is a PITA.

I don't like AL because it's a trek from the fire to drop your sign, and the host will get constantly invaded which makes the red signs fail more often. I have a ton of trouble getting connected in the PW even though I do like the arena, and the butterfly garden will be interrupted by the many other FC's and random duelists fighting there at the same time. It's better to find an out-of-the-way place like the Sens rooftop was for the old FC, but the Depths is completely optional, and it's not a huge trek from the fire to the place where you drop. Also, you can farm for humanity while you wait to get summoned.

I disagree, it's pretty easy and not all that time consuming.

They don't have to, just summon people by the ladder and stay on top, go check it out and the room is huge and the golems are next to the walls and won't get on the way.

You probably connected with them right before they went past the gate. I also had trouble summoning people in the depths last time I was there.

The Depths is one of my votes as well.

And, I agree with the AL rooftop. Gorgeous, wide open arena to fight. But it pretty much requires a dedicated host.

Duke's really doesn't require a dedicated host, since that is an area that can be done very last. I'll add it to the poll.
