Any advice on how I should change my PvE character? I'm just a sl 120ish bandit with a +15 club and all my stats in strength, vitality, and endurance. My first melee character ever, so I didn't know what to do when building it. I could start over as well.

I'm sure quite a few of us could help if you could post your stats on here. SL 120 is a good level for PVP so don't level up anymore.

Practice train, ask for advice/help here and more practice and training. That friend is how you become skilled at invading. Try this for build planning.

I only added to dex for a weapon and faith to heal when I help other players (or, I guess, when I invade).
Also, I've been using a black knight shield +5 and have a fully-upgraded pyromancy flame (don't use that much though).
I'll try invading later tonight to see what happens. By the way, I'm on PS3 with the NA version.

a level 80 could beat that build pretty easy. Strength should not have gone past 40. Also for the gear you run did you check what stats are optimal to add damage?

You will find a club really hard to fight with unless you have mastered it.Try a different strength weapon with more range like the large club or demon machete.
