Fina and The First Born had a thing?

Just to clarify, this is all speculation.

Fina is the goddess of Favor and Protection who resided in Anor Londo. The Firstborn was a God of War who resided in Anor Londo. Who do we know who is the chosen of Fina? Lautrec. Who do we know is either the Firstborn or favored of the firstborn? Solaire.

Personally, I'm of the opinion that Solaire actually is the firstborn, but you could still see how this works. We know that Solaire and Lautrec have worked together at least on three seperate occasions, before you meet either of them, Gargoyles, and Gaping Dragon.
To me it makes sense that a Beautiful (See Any of her items) Goddess of Favor and Protection would love a God of War, as who needs protection more than those who fight? Lautrec's two major purposes could be to kill the bonfire keepers and prevent the Undead from getting out of hand, and also follow around the Dishonored God/Servent of the Dishonored God and keep him safe.

Also, something I noticed was that the Arms of Fina on the Favor Chestpeice just so happen to be armored themselves, so it could be taht she herself was no stranger to battle.

Just some speculation I had and watned to share.

I don't see it. Doesn't seem right, though I don't really feel like digging up evidence right now.

However, I have never seen a Lautrec as teh God of War Theory, even though he seems like a likelier candidate than Solaire...

sorry but what do mean by this? how do we know they have been working together before we have met them?

Lautrec hands you a Sunlight Medal when you free him from the Parish, and the only person (We know of ) who hands those things out is Solaire

I've heard of Lautrec being the conniving butthole that he can be, he could've just straight up robbed a Warrior of Sunlight, after getting what he really wanted... the other place where you can get sunlight medals is with those chaos bugs, which i've gotten a few time in the past. So maybe he's ventured into Izalith for some reason...?

She is a God from Carim, after all...

No proof, but there is also no real proof that Fina is from Carim other than Lautrec is her only known worshipper and he's from Carim. That would be like saying Velka is part of the Carim Pantheon because the only person we know of who worships her is Oswald, and another Pardoner's set is found in the painted world

Even if she is from Carim, it could be that she hated how twisted the place was and fled.

Miyazaki's apparent Twitter account heavily implied that the gods all lived in Anor Londo at one point then left.

I've always thought Fina and Gwynevere were the same god using a different name, though that's 100% speculation.

I'm of the personal opinion that Lautrec is the first born, Gwynevere is actually Fina, and the love that is described is not a romantic love, but a very deep and protective love of his little sister. He IS right there in front of her room in his world and his armour is right over there... anyway. Just my thoughts
