I suppose if someone needs a topic starter, I finally got to hung out with a friend outside my house today. It took a lot out of me but it was pretty fun going to a fast food place and just sitting down in public again.

Well first you try and make social contact with another person. I did this by approaching them at a lunch table and asking to sit with them. Though this was many years ago that I first met them, standard practice may have changed since then.
Just don't ask me about mating rituals, I've only observed humans performing such acts in their natural habitats, such as my computer screen.
