All I need is to get that pure stone to finish it. I can't seam to be lucky enough, even with a made up mule that got 76 luck. I'm starting to break down. So yeah, anybody with an open hearth, I can give back any favor.

Which farming method are you using? Killing the one in the secret area next to the first Reaper or Soulsucking the BP one after backtracking from the Old Hero archstone?

Funnily enough, I just started farming for the same thing last night. No luck yet, which is funny because my luck is only 7.

That was the only thing I needed help to find when I was trying for my platinum. I farmed for easily 8 hours straight with no drops. That's plenty to get frustrated enough to give up. If I had one now I'd offer it to you, but I don't. I'm sure somebody will

Yeah, no luck yet...and luck I'm not lacking. I'm doing the Black skeleton in the hidden passage, with a mule character with 80 luck in the stat so far. I've manage to get all the other gecko stone in the first shot with so much hurrah!! of joy...but now, bladestone is becoming a kidneystone. Wish me luck this week end, me and my friend are both co-oping to make the platinium and hoping to get one.

I've found it much easier to find it when farming using the Soulsucker method on the BP Black Skeleton. It's still pretty tedious, but I've usually found one within 5 hours of farming using that method (not to mention the huge amount of souls you get). If you don't know what that method is, here's a video that should get the idea across.
Also, since it hasn't been mentioned yet, even though it should be pretty obvious, are you using the Large Sword of Searching? Having it out, even in your off-hand, doubles your chances of finding items.

I'll send you an invite to add so we can do it when you're available. But if you don't mind, could we do the invite duplication. I need to pass it along to a friend after. All it require is is this.
1)I summon you.
2)You drop the item
3)Press PSN button on your controller right away and press quit game.
If you still don't have it in your inventory with that no saving file system I can do it on my side. But I did it plenty of time with my friend to know it work. I can give you back a favor in the game or DarkS if you want too for paiment.
P.S. What Soul level are you with that character so I can make sure we can summon.

Any way I can get in on this? My soul level is 60 something but I can dupe boss souls to level super quick if I have to. It would have to wait until tomorrow however.

I've been trying today for a pure bladestone farming the dual katana skeleton behind the hidden wall in 4-2, did about 15 runs, but no joy, just how rare a drop is it?

i think its like .02% chance on PBWT with only those 2 enemies dropping it

That's why I prefer the Old Hero archstone method. I'm pretty sure the BP Black Skeleton has a higher chance of dropping it.

Don't hesitate to ask for help. I spent two weeks farming the old hero way before I got one. I'm in the 250 range I think and can be summoned to hold the weapon ( but have limited playing time)

Thank for Yukon help, I now have one of the platinium I wanted to my collection. I can assist other people in this thread too if some of you want the bladestone trophy. It's just the forged weapon so it's not to have the stone to help you forge a weapon. Send me a friend request with a message explaining and I can probably assist you. I'm online very often with the lack of work

I still need it. I'm SL120 and I'm at 1-3/4-3/5-1. I guess you could put your co-op stone in one of those places or something.
