Your great(est) achievements?

This friday, after going through 118 hours of death, I finally went through the game eight times in a raw as a SL 1, killing every bosses in my way with no phantoms and a minimum use of pyromancy.
I could barely get my arms down from excitement. I was speechless, to say the least, despite I really wanted to yell out how proud I was of myself (Knowing it would be rather stupid and pointless to do so).
Satisfied, I mumbled to myself "This have truly been my greatest achievement in DS, yet."

As to my question:
I realize that this challenge is rather common, but that does change my own satisfaction. I was wondering though, what other great achievements some (probably) more skilled players have achieved.

So basically, what do you consider as one of your greatest achievements?
Did you perhaps fist that nasty Asylum Demon to death on NG+?
Did you give Pinwheel a fighting chance by making him duplicate himself a million times over before you killed him with a broken straight sword?
Killing Gwyn without use of Parry, dragon weapons or great combustion? (I do consider this one a great achievement, because I've yet to kill him without use of cheap tricks).
How about miraculously winning a 1 on 3 fight against three overpowered opponents?

Smaller achievements are also worth noting, like: completing the game for your very first time, and such.

Well, I almost did Gwyn without parrying... I parried his first jump attack, purely by accident (I meant to just block lol) but no parries for the rest of the fight..

First would be killing Nito on my first ever attempt of him, the only boss to have that honor.

The second would be killing the Bed of Chaos with only one death, on my first ever playthrough of the game. (And this is without Homeward Boneing out)

Hmmm I killed Gwyn ng++ no parry which turned into a 10min. fight and it was really thrilling!
But my greatest victory was Artorias ng+++ dual wielding crossbows, no shield, Calamity Ring while being cursed, no heal (well it's a 1shot K.O. anyways).
9 minutes of dodging him knowing that one hit will kill you, on top of that, those slow as *** crossbow reloadings...it was intense, my hands were still shaking 30 minutes after I beat him.

Since my favorite part of the game is coop, my white whale is what I call "the Run" -- getting a host through a complete Anor Londo run from start to finish while taking zero damage. Basically, a perfect run from start to finish, hitting every item and mob along the way (no shortcuts), my equivalent of pitching a perfect game. It's harder than it sounds because of some areas where you have to watch out for fall damage, mobs like silver knights that can dead angle or even hit you with laggy attacks right through shields, and of course all the invaders.

I've come really really close several times, including one run where I killed 3 invaders without getting hurt, only to get knocked off a stairway inside the cathedral by one of the giants which I blocked but took fall damage from. Part of the challenge is the unpredictability of the host themselves; probably the worst near miss I had was when I had gotten one all the way to the boss fog and all that was left was S&O, and we got invaded. Host instead turns around to find the invader and eats a OHKO fire tempest. The search goes on!

The greatest feeling I get is after beating a 3v1 gank.

Surviving a mushroom punch/havel slam with calamity ring and no armor on

Surviving a Gauntlet of 6 Forest Invaders without healing and killing 4 of them with Parries.
(It was either 2v1 or 3v1 for a short period of time.)
With Dual Greataxes since i just watched XSkulled's video ''Odingandr''

(Didn't use Pyro glove, in case you ask how i parried)

Since I can't parry for ****, I had to kill gwyn with nothing else but standard attacks

tho i admit that the casul baddie that I am collected at least 13 black knight full sets during the 60 or so attempts

BUT IT WAS WORTH IT

Cutting Kalameet's tail without any phantom assistance made me feel pretty awesome.

Killing the Asylum Demon with my fists the first time we met on NG. (It took 1 and a half before I got this done)

Beating Artorias on NG+3 as Iron Tarkus. (Two hours to do)

Cosplaying as Gwyn while fighting Gwyn without parrying. (3 hours)

Nude fight against both Sanctuary Guardians. (Two hours)

Oh and one of my most satisfying triumphs was killing O&S with a +15 Broken Side Sword. I didn't die once but I made sure I never got hit, it was the worst fight I've ever done.

I know this is probably considered pretty lame...
But getting all the Dark Souls trophys on PS3 made me feel

Combat related was taking out Artorias for the first time.
No summons, NG1, and I did not know at the time he could be knocked out of his "power up" move.
That was a lot of rounds...

Co-Op related is 4 kings, with a team of 3, when it all goes wrong.
...first king goes all "avoidance mode" and all the sudden there are 3 kings on the field at once, but no one panics, we each pull and king and proceed to beat them down and win the boss fight.
Its a rare thing (most of the time either I blow a roll, or the host gets clocked by an attack from behind) but when it all comes together for the victory its a rewarding moment.

I wasn't sure what I should put here which is why I haven't posted until today. Should it be my 1,000 prism stone fun time (the video is awesome)?
Should it be my shield designs which you should vote for (in my sig)?
Should it be my Gremlin pranks (also with fun video)?

Nope....another thread reminded me. It should be the various hate crimes I've committed against gankers in the forest with the help of my Skarekrow Tree Descendants. I've had hosts completely surrounded, unable to move getting tree slapped into the craziest stunlock ever. I've wedged a host between two trees in that little chasm that leads to the bridge. Clearly, my symbiotic relationship with the feral remnants of my kind is my greatest achievement.

Killing some gankers and getting hatemail. Definitely.
