Tomb of Giants Span/Size?

So, I recently went through the Tomb of Giants and I was paying a lot of attention to the scenery when I noticed that you can view the Demon Ruins and part of Ash Lake from certain areas within the ToG. I thought really hard about how deep we had to have traveled underground to see the Demon Ruins.

Thoughts? Any possibility of an old path from the Demon Ruins to the ToG? I mean, some of the structures in the Demon Ruins are really high up in the surrounding cliffs..

Also, go easy on me, it's my first post!

This will help a lot for the locations in the game and the height of where everything is located at.

EDIT: As far as old paths go, it's been shown before that sometimes the game creators will leave these things in the game. So I doubt the existence of these things ever taking place in game.

If anything it's more for a atmospheric effect and to also present us of a different view of those areas.

As always needs to be pointed out when people break out the map viewer, the world is not always to scale. There are places where distance is tweaked for the sake of gameplay (The path to the Archives, for instance).

Obviously, I just think it helps give people a good idea of where everything is located.
