Ya but that trailer just show us nothing but the character walking in places plus you not even see the demon without slowing down the video and the other trailer shown us gameplay and areas but this one had more mystery to it

well you want to show main antagonist in a trailer but not to much so it is poseable but wont know till its out

I got to agree with Pendant with this. At this point that demon could be anything and to me personally that demon may even be some mid boss knowing what insane things the developers have given us in the past.

Ya but it looks interesting it's because we never seen the other gods of anor londo and we really know nothing of flann and I mean the demon is on fire and if this is in the past than the witches haven't yet made their new flame to create the demons

With the way the demon appears and knowing that the character is cursed. I would think that is the characters 'inner demon' or maybe somehow trying to possess him. Either way I think it is a mystery intimately personal with the character that he is searching to answer.
