I have a similar situation with my twin brother, though it isn't as extreme. I suggest you simply leave the room whenever he starts playing, and flat-out refuse to give him any help. If he really wants to play, he'll figure stuff out for himself. If he doesn't, then he'll give up and move on. Either way, you win. If you still want to help him by giving him pointers, only give information when he is calm, and not when he is frustrated because he keeps getting parried by the Balder Knights. Consider only helping when he asks "Do you have any suggestions on how to beat the Capra Demon?", and not when he Screams" THIS IS F*CKING B*LLSH*T, WHY CAN'T I KILL THIS THING, THIS GAME MUST BE BROKEN IT'S TOO HARD!!" Worked pretty well for me, so I hope you can have the same success.
