why did you post this? its horrible. is there a story tied to it? was it a test flight of an unmanned plane? or did 50 or people or more just die, in a loop that someone thought was cool to create.

No, seven died in that crash, it was a cargo plane that malfunctioned due to being overweight.

It is a tragedy for sure, but you could make a thread with the purpose of posting sad news, instead of posting "A sad way to go".
It is kind of tactless. It is resent news and people died.
I am sorry for being blunt, but the death of people is not something to be taken lightly, whether it is seven people or massacre. One needs to be considered more, but both are horrible events.

A link to the article with pertinent questions and thoughts would have been the more tactful way to make a thread like this. A .gif looping a tragedy gives the impression of attempted levity and diminishes not only the possibility of an insightful conversation into the matter but the memory of any victims.

That gif was insensitive to the individuals who lost their lives and to the people who come to these forums to post. People need to be given an opportunity to decide if they want to see that firsthand or not so the proper way to have started a discussion on the topic would be to provide a link to a relevant article that also includes a disclaimer of what is being presented. Please be mindful of the sentiments of other posters here and how their tastes may differ from yours.
