PVP Still Active?

I will be getting this game for PC soon very soon, and was curious is PVP still active on PC? And if so, which areas?

I assume that Oolicile is still active, but what about the forest, or the other areas? Will I get invasions there as well?

Oolacile is very active
forest and burg seem hit or miss, think it's a time of day thing because it can be (near) nonstop or fairly dead
only bothered opening the kiln on one character and it seemed dead
never found a fight in the arena but havent spent much time trying

Thx to the steam sale I've been getting invasions... well everywhere! (lower SL's that is)  ahh but that's where the real fun begins.

 PS. I kidd you not also: SL25 LowerBlight town has always been non stop pvp action for me on pc... which I don't get because sometimes it's the ONLY place i get pvp (before steam sale) BESIDES Township/forest.
