Every October 6th-18th, the server will shift all worlds to pure white world tendency for the anniversary of Demon's Souls. And every October 18th-31st, the server will shift all worlds to pure black world tendency to celebrate halloween.
Pure white world tendency decreases difficulty and opens up new places to explore, whereas pure black world tendency will up the difficulty and spawn black phantom variants of normal enemies, but this will also increase the number of souls acquired from enemies and increases item drop chance. So mark your calenders every year for these two events, since they are only once a year.
