Cant get online

Hey so I am unable to get logged into GFWL in order to play DkS online. It says email adress/password is invalid. I am able to log into the GFWL marketplace program on my pc, also on the website and into my email (as its the same account info). I only have problems when trying to log in game. Can anybody help????

but UPnp isnt signed in, NAT is open, system link address is not active, internet IP address is not signed in, network adaptor is Local area connection
