Skull Latern & Snuggly

The information about the Skull Latern and Snuggly seems to be no longer correct. I tried to trade it for a Fog Ring but instead I've got a Ring of Sacrifice. I double checked that I've traded the Skull Latern, after the trade it was gone from my inventory and I had one more Ring of Sacrifice. Can someone please confirm that and possibly update the wiki page? I think it must be a patch issue 'cause all wiki pages on the web are saying that the SL should give a Fog Ring. Either that or it was a bug.

All other trades I did went still according to the list.

So I tried it again et voila, I've got the Ring of Fog now. I honestly don't know what I've done differently this time. The only difference was that I already had one from the forest covenant and I was on NG++ instead of NG.
