you dont need it at all
It just shows the players with the highest amount of sin via indictments, nothing more
some people class it as a leaderboard, but seeing as many just low level grief for that then i wouldnt consider it so

I browse the top 1000 or so names and make sure to use extreme prejudice when dealing with those players but otherwise, what serious said.
