New STR/FAITH Build for PVP

This is a total strength/faith build, inspired by Reim and Baal to try out Creat Club, I decided to go further and make a build that uses only strength based weapons, I am at SL40 already with a GC+10 and I gotta say it's a pretty fun character, I basically kill everything in one blow, put some fire resin on and jumped the Taurus demon to a one blow death, killed gargoyles like a joke, different playstyle, we have to see how it goes in PVP since I am a certified dex monkey.

Let me know how strong your DMB is with only 30 faith. What weapon do you plan on using that requires 50 Str (can 2H it at 34 str)?

It is interesting that you posted this. I am working on a similar build and our stats are a little different. I always thought that going over 40 for strength would not add much to the attack. I chose to go higher faith to get more from Sunlight Blade. Does anyone know which would be better?

I am going all out with this build and will not use any dex weapons, I decided to pour everything into strength and the SLB with 30 faith has worked fine dor me before, the build is to force me into another playstyle after this one I am making an INT build but based on using enchanted weapons and int based weapon along with
magic buffs on the side, since I don't like the casting side of sorcery much.

I will take into consideration what you said Baal, because I always two hand and right now I am at SL125
would be better to stay at 120, so maybe 40 str or 45?

Mine is a pure dexbuild the opposite. Well if u can hit me atleast haha

That's interesting, I wonder too if anyone has more experience and would shed a light.I personally
do not like to depend much on faith/buffs but only use it as a plus, so my chars never have more than
30.

If your 2h, i'd stop str at 30, otherwise 40.

diminishing returns kicks in at 40 and 2h is a 50% bonus to str.

30/2=15

15+30=45

I'd drop the 10 more into faith for 40, keep str at 30, and stack endurance to wear heavier armor.

I'm also making a similar build atm.

GC, mof, knights armor, havels gauntlets/greaves, dwgr, rofap.

I say the extra power with the buff is better (baal's build), as you're using heavy weapons you'll want to end the fight as decisively as possible.

To my fellow Dex monkey: it gets hard having an attack as slow as you will have, but i have to say it's so fun swinging around a giant lump to kill things with

Great Club at 40 Str: 639
Great Club at 50 Str: 648

These are both at 10 Dex.

@Forum Pirate: I think I will take your advice and boost End more and cut down on Str. I plan on using the large club primarily anyway.

Yessurd, you are correct though. Whenever my buff ends you will be out-damaging me. All you have to do is dodge me for a minute. lol.

Exactly, but your calculator won, maybe 45 is enough str, it's hard deciding this because if I stick to 40 I can
have more end like pirate said.

i have a very similar build, i only brought str to 50 cause i wanted to one hand the grant which kinda sucks in pvp because most people have hight magic res. i would just keep str at 27 or 40, depends on what you wanna use. im sl 120 becasue i only have 8 dex.

damn, all this min maxing just made me wanna start a new build. i laready know what the stats are gonna be and its gonna be awesome.

Haha it's weird how addictive it can be, can you share those stats or is it secret? I am making an INT based build also but focused on using magic scale weapons and buffs more than actual casting, I don't like casting much especially sorcery.

i noticed that going from 30 to 50 fai doesnt really add as much powere as everyone would think, its deff better but i dont think its worth it. havels and dwgr and it gonna be awesome.

You be right. I always stop at 40 faith for a mag adjust of 190 with the dmt. dmb adds 380 damage, slb 342

i actually hate packing and kinda suck at tetris, the wife is the one that packs and she's surprisingly good at tetris. im gonna start making this weekend, i havent even finished my dragon build but i think im gonna like this one better.
