Oh and on the chain bs thing, rolling back every time only works if they don't know how to follow you. it may be that he expected you to roll towards him and shifted his timing, in which case rolling forward would have broken the chain. Its the kind of thing i do to farmers and spawn gankers so i'm speaking from experience.

oh n for the gs thin yes if i could live of off another gas than oxygen i would the 1 thing i hate bout drs is stunloking poise and the overuse of gs it couses i hate that the argument for poise is 2 make heavy armour usefull lol so now its higher in deff, stun proof and dosent affect your running if combined with havels ring... i personaly never use heavy armour or gs exept dragon gs on my dragonoid build... and i hope from makes light armour more usefull in the next souls dam if i get luckyn maby they will make a light set the most poverfull 1 so the can nurf it after a week P3AC3

Its not that light armor is under powered or that poise is unnecessary or broken, its that the dwgr is op as it allows all armors to move like light armor. without the dwgr light armor is mobile and weak, medium is balanced, and heavy is slow and strong. with dwgr, light is mobile and weak, medium is mobile and decent, and heavy is mobile and strong.

yeh that too but i think that in heavy armour you should be all ways slower even if y gt enough end to roll normally i think the dwgr should be nerfed so it can only be used with no/light armour on... oh n yeh if there were no poise i bet you meh sword that zwen and other gs would be extremely underused

Probably, but they're still great weapons (though i don't use them much). i got whooped by a zweihander user in full shadow a couple times.

I preferred the uninterruptable attacks of large weapons in ds to the poise in dks though.

Imo, all the weapons are really well balanced its the rings that cause balance issues.

Ie hornets, dwgr, havels, rofap. All of these are op. so everyone uses them.

you cant realy say all weapons are balanced coz if they were y would see much more people using different weapons not just the bk weapons, gs, some katanas n spears i only ever was a sword user on my sl 30 anti grifer oh and its not rings that brake the gs its poise the idea of it is just stupid i myself dont use armour or shields and i use the dgwr as mu onmy form of defence and if from were to nurf something it would be amazing to see heavy users not able 2 ninja roll
