Is it worth putting it into dex instead? I can live with using only pyromancies and sorceries if the casting time is worth it

I think it is, although I don't recommend it because you will not be using Dex scaling weapons. Wait for a second opinion.

The difference between 45 and 50 is 2 maj adj for Logans, so unless you use white dragon or TCC those 5 points should be spent elsewhere.

If you put any points into dex make sure to at least go to 40 w/ it. Look to my first two suggestions as far as a pure Int caster and a pure Int melee. If you want a more Int/Fth caster build I'd go w/ the following (you can make adj based on what you've already put levels into):

Vit 35
Att 23
End 8
Str 10
Dex 40
Res 8
Int 44
Faith 30

This is the build I'm currently working on.

As far as strategies, constantly mix it up between CSS and HCSM. They fire off at different times and require different timings to dodge. HCSM followed quickly by a CSS is a deadly combo.

I'm planing on using TCC, but I'm to chicken for archieves even thou I'm 77 now with almost 600k souls which I don't really know what to do with.

I'm thinking of mixing all three kinds of magics, but I can't decide if I should go with Dex now that I already put some points into End.

Also, sidequestion: About Mask of the father, does it permanently raise equipload?

3 magics is cool in theory but hard to pull off with all the d-pad switching

But I already use pyromancy for closerange combat in right hand alnong with my catalyst. I don't really know if its gonna be that hard using WoG lefthanded.

but i want more in puts since I don't want to start over again

2 magic is fine, but i think 3 is pushing it. give it a go though, why not.

Are you going to use weapons, if so, which ones? If you are going to use str or dex weapons, try going with sorcery or faith only, if you are going to level up to SL 120. If you want to use all the magics you already wasted 20 on endurance, as casting magic doesn't require stamina. Your stats are good, but you'll have to decide. Which one you like better str or dex weapons? Magic or faith weapons?

I raised my first sorcerer's dex to 40, but since then I don't bother with dex, as long as I have enough for the weapons I want to use. The only difference I noticed in casting time was with the Soul Arrow spells, and by the time I hit NG+ I don't use those anymore.

By the way, do I have to beat Seath before Logan appears at where i first fought Seath?

Yes. Exhaust all his dialog and buy all his spells, kill Seath but DON'T REST AT THAT BONFIRE, instead Homeward Bone back. Talk to Logan, he'll be pissy. Warp to Anor Londo fire but DON'T REST THERE EITHER. Run through the Crystal Creeps to the elevator you hopefully sent back down earlier, kill Logan, get ember, get Great Hero Soul Item, then Bone back to the Archives Bonfire again for the rest of Logan's set.

Homeward Bone is the greatest thing in the game for that part.

My progress today: Seath! Hollow Logan! So finally I have some neet spells and the catalyst I want. Leveled up to 101 and just had some fun PvP in the painted world, boy I got invaded all the time : D

I switch back and forth between my sl 159 and sl 120 to do Four Kings co-op. One has 40 dex, one has 12 dex, HCSM is their primary spell, each have 30 uses attuned, and I don't see a difference in spell speed. If it's there it's negligible, imo.

What do you mean by "buff," for the Spear though, a speed buff or a power buff? If it's power I might have to re-think things.
