Yes, lyrics are welcome of course. Crayon art is too. I did some pretty awesome doodles with my daughter last night, including teaching her the word "zombie" with accompanying crayon picture.

REMODELING ALERT:
I think providing feedback and discussion is critical to the museum. How do the first two contributors feel about adding the word "EXHIBIT" at the top of posts in which new art is added? That way (if the museum goes anywhere) it will still be easy to tour for the casual onlooker.

Re: Museum of Souls (Players)
Thank you very much Skare, and yes I do sort of make a bridge between typical writing and poetry, people always tell me that one. I've noticed some flaws as you've mentioned, but I'm just going to have to implement fixes in my next story. I should probably read a Stephen King novel sometime, people always tell me I have a similar writing style, which I hope is untrue.
By the way Amos, you aren't supposed to bridge out letters to make swears visible, the censors are there for a reason and the Moderators really don't like it when people try to get around the system.

I don't think your stuff reads anything like Stephen King. I'm a huge fan of his but don't see any resemblance. I find anytime something is even on the fence of horror/dark/etc. it gets compared to King.

aye stars are cool, generally i suppose people can easily enough work out what the words mean, and i suppose i could just do the song, link youtube video and have lyrics in there for people who wish to know them

Re: Museum of Souls (Players)
Yeah, that would work just fine Amos.
See that's what I figured, and it kind of annoyed me. It's just like someone once told me I could be the next Stephenie Meyer's. I'm sorry if any of her fans are reading this, but just because she's successful doesn't mean I ever want to be compared to her.

Re: Museum of Souls (Players)
Lol....since I didn't get a response from page 2, I edited the original post to request that the word "EXHIBIT" be placed at the top of posts that contain new additions to make touring the museum easier. That way if a discussion springs up (which they should) people won't miss new stuff. Hopefully we'll see more from both of you.
And if this kind of interesting stuff keeps up I will probably be tempted to share more which could mean Solaire figurine and, dare I say.....stop motion adventures........

I'm not promising anything but I'll try to find my old handmade figures and see how much of a pain it will be to modify one to look like Solaire (I don't have time or materials to make a new one).

I have already done a Dark Souls Rap (Tranq Walk)
Lyrics
You can use that Tranq walk,
I can use that walk too
I dont need no skill if im gunna own you dude
5 Backstabs in a chain thanks to tranquil walk
and if your still moving I'll hit you with uno WoG
WoG is the one that makes you run, then i TWoP you and stab stab
uhhh i suggest that you'd better stop kidding
goodbye to your life bro you better start kissing
Fk a WoG i got 50 knives, and I'll use each one to poison you 50 times
finish you with a single backstab
and poke you with my trident while doing a stupid dance
Walk up to you bow then i set you one fire
Roast marshmallows with my Chaos great fire
I am not a liar i'll really do it man
but first let me use my combustion spam...
Okay okay im done, get ready for a bs yeah
You're gunna die now you should be scared
Check me out imma kill your sunbro,
with a Black Knight Great Axe and TWoP fool
Use the faith build to spam WoG see

you won one game, i won ten of them
I parried your ***, riposte done!

The word beginning with "Muh" might get some moderator attention but good four letter expletive starting with "S"

Re: Museum of Souls (Players)
EXHIBIT
Just a little thing I wrote one day because a friend of mine said, "Hey, the hunger games is popular. Why don't you make a story like it?"
As I've never read the hunger games, I assumed it was a story involving cannibals, and was highly disappointed when I found out what it really was.

As a body weakens the mind struggles. Few seek defeat instead forcing a strife upon their form. Others are not satiated by such ideas and instead join with their blood. Some wish to list their course in the hopes of ending the hunger of others. Those who do wish to sit in silence alone feeling fed already simply wait for it to end. Some merely starve, trapped in a husk as darkness reigns. The stomach is a fickle part of men and women, a will unmatched by even the strongest. To deny it is to give in, to the beast with great power. A debilitating parasite which forces greatness and weakness. It gnaws at our identities playing games which we either ignore or feed. The outcome is the same regardless, so the question of what is important leans towards quality over quantity.

Still i like short stories, long ones tend to have to be incredibly good quality to draw me in

Re: Museum of Souls (Players)
That's how I am with stories as well. My view is that I should never make a story long for the sake of it being long. I tell it in as many words as I think should be needed.

Re: Museum of Souls (Players)
Good stuff Tolvo. I think that's the perfect strategy for writing. Blasphemy alert: I like Tolkien's stories but find that he went the opposite. There's many many extra words in his works.
