Spent about an hour hunting today will seeding vagrants, didnt lose a fight. Yes there were some realy bad farmers today. Let afew ppl that were heading to sif go but the rest kept casting twop then trying to 3v1 gank me... Only to walk into my GL dance. its very funny when all 3 fly in the air lol.

Lol was epic, so glad i put some faith up to have anti gank spells.

Actually because the Dance has no faith requirement, with Velka's Talisman you can deal great damage with it as an Int toon, without any faith.

I haven't actually tested it, however I could test it on some mobs at least. While I am certainly willing to try it on players, it would be hard to tell, what with armor variances and such.

Take one enemy, the ents are fine, and just test it on that. If it deals fire or physical there will be more of an increase than just what the thorns gives.

I am pretty sure I remember hearing the fire damage sound, but I should be able to check tomorrow afternoon.

Got slb and wog aswell, so went with faith... Will do int when im about 160 and end up with a lvl 200+ GSoA hunter.

That's what I'm in the process of doing Mildred, I think everyone should make one of these toons. They're quite fun.

I might scale up my Scion/MiT. But then I'd have to make another 120 toon so Im unsure whether I want to or not.

Because of FC, I suggest people keep a 120 toon, but for forest hunting you'll find people at all levels, as well you can still play with me as I'll have toons at the SL225 range, as well as 120, 60 as well.

So we've got like 12 members now, i think we need to do one of the events. I'd rather bow night first since Im prepped for that.

Just vsed a guy with 15 WoGs. I waited while he spammed another hunter to dreath then we started duelling. I decide to use WoG to try and get an opening and he spams me. He hda at least 15.
Had another "fight". So I spawn and run to the entrance. The dude sits there using look skyward and wave. Thinking he might be one of us that i dont know I sit ther gesture dancing with him. Eventually I BC out. Good times were had.

EDIT: Got my dude to SL 120. 40 vit end str, 20 dex, 12 att, 30 fth. MSGS +15, dark hand. Eagle/blood shield +14/10 talisman. WotG and SLB.

I've double checked, and I was correct. A kick with the Orange Charred Ring adds an additional ~30 fire damage (not sure about scaling with anything), as well as adding the fire sound/visual effect.

This was on the ents, NG, not NG+.

So, I'm an idiot as it turns out. Don't know why, but I was testing it on enemies such as, the Centipede Demon, Taurus Demons. On enemies that don't have a **** ton of fire resist, yes it does damage.

I'm a dumb.

It happens. I had been scrathcing my head trying to figure out why a 10 AR differnce was causing over 200 damage extra, when I realized I forgot to carry the 1, so it was over 110 AR higher.

That was worthy of a facepalm.

Been seeding and hunting in the forest again today... Alot of jumpers waiting at spawn, good thing i was ready for them. Ran into a forum member who was 1v1 so i hang back and watch, the other hunter kept trying to hide behind me and be cheap till the host killed him, we bowed he healed we bowed and had at it... Was a good fight too well worth the time spent waiting and running away from the other hunter.

Man, there's times where I wish I could hurt my fellow hunters, maybe it's the reason I'm making a Forest Wraith haha. So if they try to run from a duellist to make me gank them, I can just kill them.
