So what is up next for FC Rant?

While I am a mod, I really enjoy Fight Club, whether I am awful at SL120 or the opposite at SL 4. I had an idea of a progression FC.

1. Starts in Undead Burg, Starting level FC with starting equipment.
   
2. 2 weeks later we add 15 levels to the toons and do the FC in the Depths Giants Rat area. (people should be around level 16-21ish).
   
3. 2 weeks later we add another 15 levels and do BlightTown arena, same toons. (31-36ish)
   
4. 2 weeks later we add another 10 levels and do Sen's Roof.(41-46ish)
   
5. 2 weeks 10 levels and Anor Lando Bridge.(51-56ish)
   

So on and so on. Here is the Catch, you can only use equipment that can be normally obtained up until that area (not including that area that means, like no lightning spear in Sen's). Just an idea.

what about +15, you can get large/very large ember within 30 mins in the game if you have the master key(you can do it without it too). i really wanna do fat roll night, what do you guys think? i would deff cosplay as fat rolling Leeroy.

I've been waiting the longest time for fat roll night! I have a Stone Knight build on the way who would be just perfect!

I have a feeling Tarkus will kill us all if he attends though.

Tarkus would own all of us, i have no experience fat rolling at all, ive always hated it since demon's, i always went with light roll and a mix of allant armor and biorr.

Well on my stone Knight I'm doing a Fat Roll playthrough, using just the Stone Knight Sword and Great Shield. BoC, Seath, Nito, and Gwyn left. So hopefully I'll be ready when FC comes around.

i love the stone shield, it's the only great shield ive used in the game, i remember getting it and really loving the way it looks, the whole set looks awesome imo but i love the shield the most.

Yeah it's pretty great, 80 Magic block as well so for PvP it's pretty great. Although I find it really odd that upgrading it doesn't effect stability, just damage it does. I have mine at base still haha.

Stone Knight is real fun, but you can't really use it's special ability without a bit of a sour feeling in your mouth. I got alot of, shall we say...disapproving comments back when I took my Stone Knight cosplay to the first FC that was in Sen's, thinking the special would offset the fact I was fat rolling amongst all these ninja flippers, and it worked a little too well some times :|

For a fat roll night I'd definitely bring my full Havel cosplay though
Too bad it invested into a bit of faith for the Magic Barrier spells though...gonna be completely useless if this fat roll night thing happens

I only use the R2 2H for campers, other than that I don't touch the move set, I just use my shield and hit when it is a prime moment to. Really mobile Pivot BS'ers though are a real pain on this build, while I can dead angle if they have the poise they can get past my defences.

what is that ring that makes counter attack more deadly? does it work with greatswords or just thrust damage weapons? i'd deff use it if it worked on the stone gs.

Leo Ring, and it only works with Thrust weapons

that's so lame, FROM must really like thrust weapons and straight swords then

I wouldn't say lame Reim. A trick I've done is with a buffed Spear, kick a person, then hit them. Kick then hit, kicking causes them to be in the countered/staggered state, so if you hit them it vastly increased the damage. If you could kick with Rapiers everyone would wear that ring.

i forgot you cant kick with rapiers, i've only used them in one build and as you all know im all about str/fai builds, i found them boring even in demon's souls and EVERYONE was using kats in demon's, i had a blessed Meat Cleaver(fave weapon in the game), zwei, great axe and mirdan hammer(for kat users, that reach pissed me off).

Rant, Great Axe/Demon Axe, Kick and hit. If buffed, you'll be happily surprised by the numbers.

i like the great axe, i miss the ground pound from demon's though but that thing hits hard when buffed, i used in my 50/27 fai/str build with dragon torso and it can ohko a lot of people, specially if im wearing the red tearstone ring.

The possibilities are endless for events, I was complaining ALOT about my wanderer at last event I even renamed him Sukerer, Rant loled every time I called him that I think.But I realized stripping us off our usual builds and throwing us into these crazy events can make us evolve and see new things, even survive more.

I would really enjoy the fat roll night that will be a big kick out of my comfort zone and many of other's too like Green for example.

One of my favorite events was sword night, let's do all kind of different weapon nights, even pickaxe night

I also cast my vote for Small Hammer night (probably not in tandem with fat roll night though lol). Bring your maces, morning stars, pick axes, and even blacksmith hammers

I'm guessing this would be PSN and not XBL?

it would be really hard for me to pick between the mace and pickaxe, i love them both and them orning star too.

How about a 3-way? 3 people fighting each other. That might be hard to do, since one person would have to invade in (or else the host would have to fight).

pick axe and warpick all do thrust damage... so the leo might work, i'll do some testing cause i really like my pickaxe. also anyone like the warpicks r2?

also random fc idea, broken straight sword knight full hollow set of any kind (thief,soldier,warrior0 with broken straight swords!
