All Katana 2h R1s (including Washing Pole)
All Great Scythe 2h R1/R2s
All Whip 2h R1s
All Large Spear (Partisan/Pike) 2h R1s
All Small Spear (Silver Spear/Winged Spear) 2h R1s
All Halberd/Pole 2h R1s (figured this would have been 53, but it wasn't).
8 poise (6 poise for 1-hand resists, or Fist Weapons):
All Rapier 2h R1s
All Dagger 2h R1s
All Fist Weapons R1s (although this is actually 6 since you can't 2-hand a Fist
Weapon)"
Note that this is the poise you need to get through one attack without getting staggered.

I always aim for 53.
To hit 76, (or higher) everyone starts looking the same. Giants, Havels, Stone....boring.
I figure anything that hits hard enough to break 53 poise I should be dodging anyway.

I like to use full medium armors, so they give me <53 poise. As soon as I see a Claymore a dodge like crazy or fish for a backstab.

why does nobody use iron golem armor? it gives 86 poise for the full set and looks awesome... oh well... this is a very useful list, thanks!

Good call. I rarely see the golem armor.

Another good call....since I have stunlocked just about everything in existence with my Chaos Claymore, lol.

You know why? Because it's the best looking awesome heavy armor in the game and only a few like me and you have good tastes.

my favorite sets to hit 76 poise is Havel gloves/legs with Paladin Armor = 76 poise (my 225 is going to wear that with Mask of Child) and my 120 wears thorns helm/chest with havels gloves/legs for 78poise.
