How did he get this? Does this mean that the, previously considered cut, way of the white content is actually functioning?

Actually thats how you get the cleric armour, not the ELITE cleric armour. And the fact he was selling it means he either glitched it, modded it himself or it took a lot of effort to extract.

He said he's on Xbox right? He probably hacked it onto his characters. The data for the armor was actually discovered by hacking the game files, so it's in the game. The only thing that's not in the game is a legitimate way to obtain it :|

Of course if I'm wrong, I will be a very happy brony since I've wanted to use this armor even more than Artorias armor

No the video shows elite cleric armor. Check the spots on the shoulders and the name of the armor.

The Elite Cleric Armor is much darker than the normal Cleric Armor, as well as the headgear being lined with gold. Petrus wears the Elite Cleric Armor, and you can actually compare the differences by wearing the normal armor while standing next to him. The headgear is shown in one of the old Dark Souls promotional videos, and the gold lining is clearly distinguishable from the rest of the headgear as opposed to the normal headgear where the lining and the chainwork is the same color. And as I said earlier, when hacking the Xbox version of the game files, people found data for the Elite Cleric Armor separately from the normal Cleric Armor. They even found files for unused robes called the Mage Smith Robes, which are supposedly what Rickert wears and are different from the normal Sorcerer and Black Sorcerer Robes, though there's no way of comparing the differences because you can't get close enough to Rickert to see details too well.

With enough time anyone can farm Darkwraiths or go through multiple playthroughs to re-kill the Stray Demon for slabs to get normal armor sets to +10. I don't think that reveals too much about the legitimacy of the armor.

What if he video edited the whole thing...
If people have time to hack they surely must have time to do these edits as well

Are you talking about the elite cleric armor? This thread is about determining how he got it. it most definitely exists. As it is worn by petrus.

As reaper said, guess he just cracked the code for the armor...
So probably you need to find a hacker for this armor

True I dont now how this guy I traded with before did it but he gave me 40 White titanite Slabs? I think they were the slabs and noth just shards.....

I think the pinwheels can drop white slabs.

What i mean by +10 is that he's had the armor for long enough to consistently upgrade it. Meaning he has it and its not just a visual quirk, or temporary glitch.

Oh and 99 EoD's just food for thought Dough....

Back to this cleric stuff. Are we positive that he just glitched it. I wouldn't want to alienate/ be a jerk to him if he did know a way to get the goodies in a manner befitting true gentlemen.

We aren't positive, but the only known way to get the armor right now is to hack them in so unless he comes out and shows a legitimate message there's really no other assumptions that can be made. I would never put down the possibility of him finding it legitimately, but we need proof first.
