Richards is good if you are a dex/intel build. It has my favorite move set of the rapiers as well.

PVE and PvP wise if you can get a parry and use the Leo ring the Ricards rapier r2 combo kills anything jus' sayin, but in your eyes does the estoc count as a rapier - if so then I love it!

Ricards can still be buffed with SLB or DMB btw so dw it is viable on a dex/fth hybrid

I see. it's frigging hard to decide! so I just upgraded both the estoc and richard's rapier! xD i'll test them on the field soon! Thank you everyone! :3

Call me old school, but I prefer the regular Rapier. Good damage, good moveset, and it's crit (actual damage, not just going by the bonus) can't be beat.

I love Richard's Rapier. The R2, R2 combo is so much fun. Estoc is sort of a rapier but the move set is that of a straight sword, just not what I think of when someone says Rapier.

the estoc is stabby, stabby and then r2 has a wide sweeping motion. i believe that it also has the longest range of the rapiers but the scaling is just ok (+15= b in dex)

Ricard's Rapier is my fave. Why? Well let me tell you 
It has the GREAT running attack
When R2 is pressed once, it's effective against poise, it's full R2 combo is BRILLIANT against no poise.
