Once you get good at it, you will suck at more streamlined games.

It's really radically different from the way most RTS's work. I've been playing them for years and CoH is totally making me a noob.

Heh; I wish there were melee though, and that the soldiers AI were a bit better. How many times I've got entire squads run from one point to the other instead of shooting. Even more so when I flank a MG, at point-blank, and my guys just starting running all over the place and end up in front of the damn gun.

Its better with that mod, and worse because they fix the MG42 rate of Fire and damage, a squad tries walking in fron of that and they're gone in seconds

What Armies do you go with? personally I like playing the British Royal Engineers, but my favorite gameplay has been making gigantic entrenchments as the Defensive Doctrine Whermacht

I'm yet to download any of the expansions. I didn't really know what I was getting into and the $9 Steam is asking wasn't much of a commitment.
